When we’re not at pop-ups, we’re located in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis, MN. Pickup details can be found in your confirmation email after you place an order.

If you are pre-ordering for a pop-up, location details can be found during checkout under “Store pickup” options or on our Instagram page.

Select when to pick up your order at checkout. You can pick up your order at anytime during our open hours or pop-up hours and do not need to request a specific pick up time.

North Loop hours (unless stated otherwise for modified days): Fridays 2:00pm-5:30pm, Saturdays 10:30am-2:00pm

Pop-up hours: varies by event. Details can be found during checkout under “Store pickup” or on our Instagram page.

You’ll receive additional pickup details in your confirmation email after placing an order. Most importantly, be sure follow directions about letting us know when you’ve arrived so we can run your order out to you!

Please note that although the checkout option says “Store Pickup”, this is a local curbside pickup option without a storefront.

There is a 15 minute grace period after the end of that day’s pickup time window. Message us via Instagram or our Contact Us page if you need to reschedule your pickup for another day.

If you do not pickup within 24 hours of your initially scheduled time, the cookies will be available for others to purchase. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests to reschedule your pickup, but keep in mind the bake date remains your originally scheduled pickup date.

Yes! We’re happy to package items in your order separately if there is an allergy concern. Message us via Instagram and we can accommodate!

We are not an allergy-free kitchen, so we don’t recommend our treats for those with severe sensitivities or allergies. However, we’re always working to create delicious options for everyone, and we occasionally offer gluten-free / nut-free items! Shop our flavors to see if there’s something available.

Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to your selected pickup day by messaging us via Instagram or our Contact Us page.

Orders canceled within 24 hours of your selected pickup day are non-refundable.

The Cottage Food Law allows for individuals to make and sell certain foods and canned goods in Minnesota without a state license. Many of the vendors at local markets and pop-ups are Cottage Food Producers!
